We aim to provide the right team for the right job. A homogenous self contained team that can stand alone and specify manage development test and implement the solution is the key reason why this option is fast becoming the preferred route for many of our clients. The managerial headache is removed alongside any contractual relationship one may have with an outsourced IT company. The team is part of your organisation for the period of the project. An example of a Team Structure would look like this : Project Manager:   Manage the project and co-ordinate all activity and report back with regular progress reports Business Analyst:   To Initiate the project with full documentation, Functional Specifications, Test Plans, performance Development Team:   A team of developers to build the application User Acceptance Testing :   This task has historically been undertaken by the business users themselves, who are often overstretched with their daily business to perform this role. We supply an experienced team to perform this role.
